193 Minna Ave was an existing single family home. The client wanted to convert the existing 650 sqft home into a space they could see their family growing up in. The existing home was renovated, keeping only the basement level and completely redesigning the above grade portion of the house. The house is approximately 2000sqft. consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom, a living room, family room, library, 2 bathrooms, 1 master bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. The ground floor opens up into a large atrium space which wraps around the living onto a second floor. The design called for connectivity between the first and second floor, while maintaining an open floor plan.
